• Shipping Details: Products are delivered via Australia Post to the address you provide, with necessary age verification for alcoholic products.
• Delivery Acceptance: Ensure someone of legal age is available to receive the order. Unattended deliveries will be redirected to the nearest Australia Post Office for collection. Collection of the order may require you to present photographic evidence as proof of identity and legal age. You will be required to sign for the goods.

• Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched promptly within 72 hours from Monday to Friday. Should any delays occur, we commit to keeping you informed every step of the way.
