The Porter style is the Grandfather of dark beers. BOS Brewery Premium Tasmanian Porter is a full-bodied and robust beer that showcases Australian roasted and black malts. (ABV = 5.3%)
Our flagship Imperial stout beers are aged in single-use Bourbon barrels. The oak barrels are almost all sourced solely from the USA and are filled with beer as soon as practically possible to ensure the maximum flavours from the Bourbon and oak filters through to the end product. (ABV = 10.5%)
